Stephen and the team at Integrity Experts have been amazing to deal with, they walked me through my very first car purchase from the detailed translations, payments. shipping and delivery in NZ..... My first car was exactly as described and actually far exceeded my expectations.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have great knowledge of the rules and regulations....in fact they advised me of the NZ emissions regulations and withdrew vehicles on my behalf that they knew i would not be able to import...they also highlight anything untoward on the translation that they feel you should be aware of as they are all about looking after you, the customer, as opposed to turning a quick dollar.
I probably spent 6 months looking into various companies that buy cars at the Japan auctions as i knew nothing of the processes and am so happy that i found Integrity Exports.
Even in my short time as a customer the website has been upgraded a number of times to make searching easier and include more information about the cars and auctions.
They have certainly proven that the name 'Integrity Exports' is a valid one...they go way beyond what i expected the experience to be and I have absolutely no concern with recommending them to anyone considering buying cars from Japan.
